Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre

The DNRC has been built with the purpose of providing world class rehabilitation facilities for service personnel who have suffered major trauma or injury. Its rehabilitation services are from Headley Court in Surrey, which has treated the nation’s service personnel for more than 70 years. There are also plans in place to provide similar services for civilians on the same site. The DNRC is £300 million project. The centre was handed over as a gift to the nation by the 7th Duke of Westminster, Hugh Grosvenor, in 2018. More can be read about the ceremony here

We cast many size, shape, and weights of panels for the project using varying techniques for the different sections. A small selection of images from the project can be found below for all stages of the process, from moulding to the finished castings being attached to the DNRC.
